Damien Flood

Growing up on a diet of Stevie Wonder, Herbie Hancock, Miles Davis and John Coltrane, by the time he left Middlesex University with a BA Hons in Music, Damien was already an accomplished songwriter, pianist and vocalist.

 

A vocalist of exceptional talent, he performed for several years on the West End stage including achieving critical acclaim playing the leading role Roger in the Tony Award winning musical “Rent” 

 

Damien's unique talent has seen him play intimate gigs at the legendary Ronnie Scott's whilst also playing to packed houses at venues such as The Royal Albert Hall, The O2and Wembley Arena.

 

Damien has recently finished touring with Tom Jones and in the past year has appeared on numerous TV shows including  Later With Jools Holland, Strictly Come Dancing, The Jonathon Ross Show and The Graham Norton Show.

 

Other artists Damien has performed with recently include Professor Green for MTV and Radio 1 Live Lounge.

 

Damien is also an accomplished singer-songwriter. His debut album of original material "Lucky 7" received critical acclaim and he is currently in the studio recording his new album.
