A newcomer to the British jazz scene, Gabriel Latchin is fast becoming recognised as one of the country’s leading pianists. His hard-swinging, adventurous approach often draws comparisons to his many influences, including Herbie Hancock, Bill Evans and Phineas Newborn.

2017 saw the release of his debut album"Introducing..."to critical acclaim.

In addition to writing for and leading his own trio, Latchin is constantly in demand as a side man. Most recently, he performed with virtuoso bassist Christian McBride and opera star Renée Fleming at Wigmore Hall last year. “Polished” said The Times, “Flawless” said London Jazz News.

"Gabriel is an excellent musician and one hell of a nice guy.”

"Elegant, tasteful and swinging!”
